Shipping

All items are made to order and ship within 10 business days. This time is needed to cast, cure, sand, and seal your items prior to shipping. 

Orders ship from Gloucester, Massachusetts using USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as the item ships. 

I strive to pack all orders with upcycled or recyclable filling. Packing peanuts are made of starch and can be dissolved in water. Please reuse what you can!

Please confirm you have entered the correct shipping address prior to checkout. If an order is "Returned to Sender" due to incorrect shipping, the customer will be responsible for fees to reship the order to the correct address. 

If an order is misplaced by the USPS, and the shipping address is correct, please make a claim on the USPS website. If the claim is not approved, and the order does not arrive, let's work together to figure out a solution. 

Returns

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my pieces, returns will not be accepted. If you receive your package and any of your items are damaged, please be in touch (with photos) as soon as possible at "hi (at) mayhewnstudio.com".

Any customs duty on international orders is the responsibility of the recipient.
